When you request email notices, the website stores your email address, the list requested, the consent wording in effect, and confirmation and unsubscribe dates. This information is used only to deliver the notices requested and maintain the list.

The address must be confirmed before it becomes active. Every notice will include an unsubscribe link. The list is not sold.
