Maintenance note

The tower is not the Dry Wells municipal tank. It stands on a gravel rise beside an old service road and carries no town or district lettering.

The exterior ladder, catwalk, and upper platform have not been certified for public use. The structure remains useful to road crews as a field reference because its silhouette can be seen across the basin.
